I have successfully completed the Executive MBA programme, called Katalyst. Katalyst means a person or a thing that creates a big change. And that is what this programme is about. I would like to thank all my colleagues and professors for helping me going through this fas- cinating journey. It helped me to become better as a manager and as a person. Because of studies carried out in English we had a chance to meet professors from all over the world. My colleagues also were from different countries, with different business heritage and were at a dif- ferent stage of their careers. They will stay not only on my contact list, but also in my heart.
Our School is for people who crave knowledge and who like to learn new things instantly. Now, we are witnessing a huge industrial change. There are new technologies, new innovations coming to the market and School gave us tools to enter the market and conquer the market confidently. I met many interesting people, with some of them I have new friendships, with some of them were starting companies. I also opened up to networking. I met my mentor through the School and I started a side project, also with my mentor.

The School afficilated new connections and new friendships that very often resulted in business ventures, like in our case. The programme put great emphasis on entrepreneurship and that actually brought us to put up this idea. We started development of the new product for kid activities. We are pretty advanced on the development and we are hoping to bring the business to a successful end.
I am a scientist by trade and I came here to study economics because that was missing in my portfolio. I've very much enjoyed the School and teaching practices of the professors, but the biggest asset of the programme turned out to be my fellow classmates - 30 other people who are in the middle of their career. With every professor with a theory, there also comes a student with practice - you have a great discussion and you can learn form a real-life examples.
