ESG Management

ESG Management is an intensive and practical management course designed for individuals seeking to acquire knowledge and essential guidance for effective ESG management within their organizations.

Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance has become a crucial aspect of management across various sectors. Knowledge gained during the course enables internal task distribution and integration of ESG into strategic management.

The course is addressed to:

● individuals in managerial roles interested in Environmental, Social and Corporate Governance development within their organizations,
● individuals heading departments such as finance, procurement, sales, operations, product development, HR, and marketing,
● individuals aiming to acquire competencies essential for managing required changes and integrating ESG into the company’s strategy.

During the course, you will:

● learn effectively managing ESG (Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance) issues within organizations,
● understand the role of ESG in strategic management and its impact on organizational activities,
● explore the mutual influence and relationship between the company and the environment,

Programme

The study program consists of 84 hours of classes divided into seven modules. The ESG Management course focuses on deepening knowledge in determining the significance of ESG aspects, understanding their impact on the environment, society, and corporate governance, as well as integrating ESG with the values and practices of organizations. Participants will gain practical knowledge through workshops, case studies, and a project, enabling them to effectively manage ESG issues within their organizations.

ESG is a term that has become popular in recent years. Issues related to the benefits derived by the company's activities on the environment are issues that have been bringing benefits to the community for years. Many organizations have implemented these aspects of strategic management. For organizations that have not yet done so, there are more and more factors contributing to implementation. Access to equipment, Employer Branding, commercial offer are just some of them. Evolution of European law and making available to a wider group of entities obliged to implement ESG. Providing reporting and exploring the risks and opportunities related to ESG in building the strategy became a responsibility. Managers and investors are under pressure: on the one hand, the benefits that there can be no opportunities and missed opportunities, on the other hand, not understanding technology, they are afraid of investment mistakes. In the process of analyzing how to isolate ESG issues in an effective way that allows you to obtain financing costs, Knowing what gives you certainty, I encourage you to experiment and take conscious risks. I assure you that it can be given in an easy and pleasant way :)
