The course is addressed for:
– Internal HR professionals, HR Business Partners, and Team Managers seeking to acquire skills in managing the development and career path changes of employees within organizations, primarily in the areas of Learning & Development (upskilling/reskilling), Employer Branding, or Outplacement.
– Career Consultants and Coaches – freelancers working with individual clients who are seeking new employment or aiming to change industries or professions.
– Candidates who wish to consciously manage their career paths and effectively search for employment.

The Career Advisory program was created in collaboration with Career Angels. Career Angels is an international boutique career and HR advisory firm. Since 2010, they have been providing services to individuals, companies, and business schools. The Career Angels team consists of experienced consultants with a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR, recruitment, career advisory, and coaching.
They operate in various industries, including TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications), legal, energy, leisure, public, consumer goods, FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods), pharmaceutical, banking, financial, insurance, industrial, real estate, construction, B2B, logistics, and consulting.
