Anna Maj

Professional experience:

A graduate of the Interfaculty Individual Studies in the Humanities at the University of Warsaw and the International MBA program at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School, accredited by the London Business School. PhD student at the College of Finance and Management at the Warsaw School of Economics. She is a member of the Presidium of the Coalition for the Development of Non-Cash Transactions and Micropayments.

Since 2000, she has been associated with the financial and payment services market. She gained experience in the banking and telecommunications sectors, working in corporations in Poland and abroad (including Citigroup, T-Mobile) and running her own consulting practice. In 2013-2016 she managed PayTel SA. She is involved in projects related to financial education (including the Coalition “Presidents – Volunteers”, Ashoka). She advises startups from the fintech industry (e.g.  as a mentor in the PwC Startup Collider program).

Currently as an adviser (CreativeLink, PayTech), she specializes in innovative payment solutions, in particular in the area of ​​card and mobile payments. She cooperated with banks, payment organizations, billing agents, primarily in the field of product and marketing strategy, creating concepts and coordinating projects related to the launch of new services on the market.
