Agata Pękalska

Professional experience:

Agata completed postgraduate studies IMBA at the Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.

Agata is a Founder and Managing Partner of the investment VC Fund. Currently, she is also an expert and member of the jury of the European Innovation Council at the EU Parliament with a dedicated budget of EUR 10 billion for 2021-2027 for investment in SME.

Previously, she was a Partner in the investment VC Fund established with the National Capital Fund under the Swiss Contribution program. Agata is an experienced manager, in the past acting as President and member of the Management Boards, chairman, or a member of Supervisory Boards in many companies. As part of her advisory activity, she cooperated with KPMG.

Agata has extensive experience in investment processes, strategic consulting, increasing the value of companies and their scaling, implementing optimization and restructuring processes, preparing companies for IPO, obtaining financing in various capital structures, and participating in M&A processes at an international level.
