Agata Kaczmarska

Professional experience:

Agata Kaczmarska is an expert in human capital management, with many years of experience in implementing projects for Polish and international organizations in the field of HR strategy, including implementation of changes, reorganization of HR departments, development of employees with high potential, and transformation of leadership at the highest levels of the organization. In Dentsu Aegis Network Polska since October 2011.

As a Chief People Officer of the group, she is responsible for all human resources management processes and strategic support in the organization & development. As a member of the Global Transformation Team, she participated in a global project of a new HR model implementation across countries. She has been associated with the HR industry for nearly twenty years. From 2008 – 2011 she worked as a Consulting Director at Hay Group (Korn Ferry), an international personnel consulting company. She was responsible, inter alia, for cooperation with leading clients of the company, supporting them in the processes of change management and organization development. Earlier, for three years, as a Supervisor at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, she was dealing with the HR area and projects as part of the strategy development and restructuring.

Agata is a board member of the Polish HR Association, a member of the SAR sector council, as well as a mentor at the association “Technologia w Spódnicy” and the University of Success, a mentoring program for young women as part of Digital University. She is also an author of several publications on leadership in transformation, future competencies, and change management. Moreover, in 2022 she was a lecturer of the “Competences of the future” faculty at the WSB University in Warsaw.
