A graduate of the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications at the Koszalin University of Technology, the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw, and the University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Warsaw, PhD at the Faculty of Journalism, Information and Book Studies at the University of Warsaw. In his research work, he deals with the subject of Open Information Ecosystems, Open Data, and Interactions between users of telecommunications networks and the Internet,
President of the ArchitectsPL Foundation, which promotes the idea of openness and new technologies in Polish cities, where min. in cooperation with the local governments of Poland and Lithuania in 2019, the Foundation set a Guinness World Record. ArchitectsPL is one of the Polish precursors dealing with the subject of Open Data and so far has been successfully developing open data platforms in Kołobrzeg, Gdańsk, and Warsaw.
