Professional experience:

Joanna offers a unique perspective in the field of HR consulting. She bridges the gap between the academic world and management consulting. She has extensive experience in working with Boards and Senior Executives to improve their leadership effectiveness (team and individual coaching). Joanna provides support in introducing organisational culture change and developing high engagement culture.
Joanna focuses on succession management related issues, including strategy and supporting processes like talent reviews. She is certified in a high range of assessment and leadership development tools including Korn Ferry
Joanna specializes in Inclusion and Diversity, helping clients to create D&I strategy and providing D&I workshops and trainings on all levels of the organisation.
Joanna speaks at numerous conferences, notably „Leader or Dictator” (with Daniel Goleman) in Warsaw.
For over 20 years Joanna has lectured at International/Executive MBA studies, Business School, Warsaw University of Technology, being rewarded as “Lecturer of Honour” (20th Anniversary) and Personality of 30th Anniversary
She helps with her expertise by serving as a Board Member as well as consultant/trainer at The School for Leaders Foundation, the flagship programme of the Polish-American Freedom Foundation, which mission is to support the development of civil society through training and support of leaders who perform their activities within the public sphere in NGOs, local government institutions and political parties.
