Prof. ASP, dr hab. Irma Kozina

Professional experience:

Irma Kozina is a graduate of art history at the Uniwersytet Jagielloński in Krakow. She studied at the Freie Universität in Berlin as a Gerda-Henkel Stiftung scholarship holder. In 1996, she defended her doctoral thesis at the Uniwersytet Wrocławski, she obtained her habilitation at the Uniwersytet Warszawski in 2007, and from December 2021 she was a professor of humanities. Since 1998, she has been teaching art history and design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice. She is the author of many articles and books (including Art Deco, Ikony dizajnu w województwie śląskim, Polski design).
