Grzegorz Jajuga

Professional experience:

Investment Advisor (KNF license), holder of the CFA certificate. Lecturer at the University of Economics in Wrocław, the Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology, and the University of Economics in Krakow. He conducted training on the valuation of intangible assets, business valuation, and obtaining financing and investments, among others for the Łukasiewicz Research Network, E&Y, GPW, and Societe Generale.

He specializes in advising on investment processes (in particular on the high-risk market), commercialization of intellectual property, and valuation of enterprises, intangible assets, and financial instruments.

As part of the services provided, he has completed over 200 projects including the valuation of enterprises, companies, intangible assets (trademarks, patents, patent applications, know-how), profitability analyzes of commercialization processes, recommendations of commercialization paths, market analyses, and business plans. He has implemented projects including for Deloitte, PWC, Energa Group, PKP Intercity, Archicom, JNT Group, several dozen scientific and research units, and leading Polish start-ups. He has participated in several investment processes in a VC fund, private equity fund, and on the public market (WSE, NewConnect).
