22 lutego 2024 o godz. 17:00 odbył się kolejny wykład inspiracyjny „Rochdale SME Leaders: Developing a Productivity Mindset Mentoring Scheme”, który poprowadzą: dr. Maria Kutar oraz dr. Marie Griffiths.
Dr Maria Kutar – is the Director of Undergraduate Business and Co-Lead for the Disruptive Technologies Research Cluster at Salford Business School. She is an experienced academic leader of learning and teaching, with substantial experience in business curriculum development.
Dr Marie Griffiths – is currently the EDI, Inclusivity Lead at Salford Business School, she is also Programme Leader on two Post Graduate programmes, MSc Managing Innovation and IT, and MSc Digital Business (transitioning MSc in Ai in Business in 2024).
,, This paper presents the background to an ongoing project investigating the link between technology adoption, decision making and in-firm productivity. The project proposes to pair organisations with high productivity with organisations with low productivity and seeks to find out whether mentoring between senior managements teams from the high productivity category can yield a positive outcome for organisations with low productivity. This is an ongoing joint project with the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce that is funded by the Productivity Institute and we will present the ‘story’ so far.”
