Laura Grassi, PhD is an Assistant Professor of Investment Banking at Politecnico di Milano and a Vice-Director of the International MBA at Polimi Graduate School of Management. As a Director of the Fintech & Insurtech Observatory, she is involved in stimulating digital innovation in the financial industry in Italy, collaborating with financial institutions, startups, and public administrations, and being an author of publications at national and international levels. She is a co-supervisor of the Politecnico di Milano team in the CFA Research Challenge, resulting three times in the Top EMEA Champions and two times in the Global Final Champions (Top4 worldwide).
