Power Skills for IT Leaders. The competencies of the future IT leader course is addressed to IT managers with at least 3 years of experience in a position related to team management. The program is conducted in Polish and is dedicated to people working in the tech/IT field of project management in various industries. The aim of the programme is to provide the knowledge and skills necessary to create an effective team development plan. Our students will learn how to build long-term team engagement.
● IT managerial staff from various industries (at least 3 years of managerial experience)
● IT directors/managers/team leaders: roles from strategy teams, projects, PMO, process management, etc.
● middle and senior managers in IT; experienced experts cooperating with IT
● practical knowledge and skills to build an effective strategy on the line IT – the consumer – internal client
