Grzegorz Perestaj is a sales Director at AFL Motors Europe, CEO at Green Mech Technologies. Leader and consultant of many project teams developing devices from the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) industry. Together with R&D departments and external groups of industrial designers, he has developed and implemented for mass production, among others: a ductless solution for ventilation with heat recovery, which has received numerous design awards: Red Dot Design Award, IF Design Award, and Dobry Design. He co-created a series of heating devices, in which the solution of fixing the air deflectors was granted a patent.
Together with a team of automation engineers, he has developed an innovative and energy-saving system for controlling the operation of many different devices using one controller. Together with a team of engineers, he developed a ceiling-mounted cooling and heating device, which has an innovative 360o air supply system, ensuring even air distribution in the room. In her design work, she adheres to the principle of functional minimalism, which means that less and simpler is better.
