Wiktoria Rogaska is an attorney at law holding the position of Counsel in the Renewable Energy Team at DWF Jamka sp. k. She advises investors on renewable energy sources, in particular in the field of onshore wind energy, offshore wind energy, and photovoltaics, throughout the entire investment process in Poland. Wiktoria represents clients in administrative and court proceedings regarding environmental issues, the permitting process, regulatory issues, and spatial planning and development. She actively participates as a speaker in numerous conferences on topics related to renewable energy.
