Paweł Lipkowski is a specialist in the fields of corporate finance, venture capital, and banking. Enthusiast of start-ups, fascinated by the way technologies change the world, currently responsible for finance and operations at Sunfish Partners, a German-Polish venture capital fund investing in Polish companies from the deep-tech sector at the earliest stages of development.
Previous experience: investment director in the RBL_VC fund (Alior Bank), an investment manager in the PFR Starter program, targeted at venture capital funds. As an investment manager at Santander Corporate Finance, he advised international and Polish clients, focusing on financial institutions and TMT companies, and acquired experience in corporate finance at EY. Practical knowledge of capital markets (including mergers and acquisitions, IPO/SPO, and venture capital), as well as company valuations and due diligence projects.
Graduate of the Finance and Banking Department of the Warsaw School of Economics with successfully passed ACCA exams.
