Creator and director of the Social Communication Center of the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw, which introduced innovative methods of city management supported by social participation tools, results of social research and data from IT systems functioning in the Warsaw government. Coordinator of the creation and launch of the “City Contact Center 19115” platform – a tool facilitating residents’ contact with the office and supporting decision-making processes. In the years 2013-2021, Secretary of the Capital City of of Warsaw. From 2021, Chief Governance Officer at Gemius and director of the Center for Analysis and Research of the Union of Polish Metropolises, where he carries out research and analytical projects thematically devoted to the 12 largest Polish cities and their metropolitan areas.
