Rafał Jończyk – graduated from the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk, majoring in Informatics and Econometrics. He is also a graduate of postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Statistical Analysis and Data Mining in a Business. Currently, a student of Warsaw University of Technology on EMBA 2022-2024 programm.
Professionally Rafał is related to financial industry sector. Currently, responsible for the digital transformation of BNP Lease Group entity, consisting of designing and implementation of tools, services with using a new technologies. Responsible for the efficiency of processes and sales’ operations. He also manages the relationship with a key business partner as Kay Account Manager. In the past, he was related in the area of risk management. He has participated in many projects of tools implementation and designing processes, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. He also gained experience working on M&A transactions and IPOs of a financial group, where he was responsible for substantive content of the risk subject.
