A seasoned business executive with more than 30 years of hands-on senior management experience in four large, global organizations – Procter & Gamble, Danone, AIG and Carlsberg. He retired last year from the position of Executive Vice President of Carlsberg Group. For the last six years he headed its European operations and was part of a major turn-around initiative, Sail’22.
Jacek started his professional career on the commercial side and moved to general management at mid-career point. He served as a managing director in four large companies, in three countries and two industries (CPG and Financial Services), holding responsibility for fully integrated P&Ls exceeding 1bn EUR in revenue and leading organizations of +10.000 employees. He lived and worked in the US, the UK, Norway, Denmark, Russia and Poland, while being responsible for multiple other markets, mostly in Europe and Central Asia.
Jacek has a strong track record of building well-functioning management teams and grooming talent for development. He amassed and mastered a unique management toolbox that highlights and leverages organizational capabilities and individual aptitudes to drive business performance in a consistent and sustainable way. Jacek actively shares this toolbox now with mentees, MBA students and consulted businesses.
