Marek Kosycarz is a graduate of the Faculty of Mechatronics at the Warsaw University of Technology. He holds an MBA diploma from the Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology. He completed his doctoral studies at the College of Management and Finance at the Warsaw School of Economics. He is the author of several publications in the fields of Fourier spectrometry, social communication, brand market value, internal communication and employee engagement, employee volunteering, and tax aspects of controversial industries.
He is a consultant in the fields of ESG reporting, government affairs, corporate affairs, public affairs, and public relations.
At the Polish branch of Microsoft, he was responsible for corporate social responsibility and sustainable development activities as well as public affairs. He managed nationwide programs aimed at improving digital skills and internet safety for children, youth, and adults, conducted in cooperation with central and local government administrations. He organized regular meetings between representatives of the government administration at the ministerial level and representatives of Microsoft’s headquarters in the USA.
He was the Brand Director at the public relations agency Burson-Marsteller, a board member of the advertising/direct marketing agency Wunderman (Young & Rubicam group), and a board member and Director of Corporate and Regulatory Affairs at BAT, where he was responsible for government relations and lobbying, stakeholder dialogue (including reporting), internal communication, and served as the press spokesperson.
