Our goal is to respond to the business needs of partners by combining experience and knowledge with the competences of a team of outstanding analysts and statisticians. In the project team, we focused on the best available competences in Poland to find answers to bothering us about efficiency management and retention of employees in the sales segment. We hope that this cooperation between the four parties will help find answers on how to reduce rotation, and its results will translate into direct effects and strategies for the organization. – commented Dr. Barbara Zych, leader of the NEUTRINO project. |

The partners of the project are organizations employing employees from the telco industry, banking, contact center, retail and others with large customer service departments in Poland.
