Wojciech Ławniczak is one of the most experienced service designers and service design pioneers in Poland, a strategist, moderator of innovative processes, advisor, and investor. He cooperates with the management boards of companies, organizations, and institutions in customer-centric strategies, business models, and innovations, and invests in the venture design model. Wojciech is a graduate of AMU, UE, and SWPS in Poznań and CIM in London.
He is co-founder of the Service Design Polska think-tank and Very Human Services – agencies dealing with strategic consulting and research. The projects he led were honored with the “Red Dot Design“, “Honeycomb Awards“, “Power of Content Marketing“, and “KTR” awards.
Wojciech is a lecturer of subjects related to strategy, customer centricity, innovation, and service design. He is also a speaker at many events in Poland and abroad. Co-author of the book “Service design po polsku“, several articles, studies, and analytical reports on business models and service innovations, mentor in the Design Mentorship program, and co-author of the first Polish cohort course “Innowacje w Firmie“. He was chosen as one of the marketing personalities worth following on the Internet by rankings of Widoczni 2021 and 2022.
