Włodzimierz Świątek is a psychologist, business trainer, coach, mentor, consultant, and facilitator. He has 18 years of coaching experience in running coaching and training programs in soft skills. For 12 years he was an academic lecturer at the Faculty of Psychology of SWPS in Warsaw, the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw, and the Warsaw Executive MBA (Minnesota University and Warsaw School of Economics). Currently, he is a lecturer at the Faculty of Management and Leadership / Management and Leadership at SWPS University of Humanities and Social Sciences. He has participated in many coaching courses in Poland and other countries (including the USA, Switzerland, and England). He completed international training for trainers and facilitators “The Role of The Facilitator” (Lancaster University & Impact DTG, England 2005), and obtained the title of Practitioner Coach Diploma at Noble Manhattan Coaching (England, Oxford) which is accredited by the International Institute of Coaching I.I.C. He also obtained the status of a Mentor Coach at Noble Manhattan Coaching Poland. He conducted training and coaching sessions as part of projects based on the Universal Leadership model. He was a lecturer and trainer at the Change Trainer Academy.
He specializes in conducting workshops and training in the field of, inter alia, effective communication and assertiveness, development and improvement of leadership skills, team building and development, development of managerial competencies, team management, development of creativity and innovation, the art of presentation and public speaking, negotiation and conflict resolution, the art of facilitation and working with groups, change management and mentoring and team coaching.
Author of three scientific monographs: „Przywództwo w działaniu”, „Maski Przywództwa”, „Przywództwo. Transgresje. Demokracja” and many scientific articles, incl. „The Manager as a Facilitator”, Human Resource Management, No. 6’2007; „Rola lidera w innowacyjnej organizacji”, Human Resource Management, No. 1`2016; „Lider w niewoli Trójkąta Dramatycznego”, Educational Transactional Analysis, No. 4 `2015.
He is a mentor in the Leadership LAB Project at the Department of Management at SWPS University and a mentor in the international program for young entrepreneurs and innovators at PFR School of Pioneers. He conducts development workshops for students and young people, with the aim of which is to develop creative potential. He cooperates with the Flyingbag Foundation, where he conducts integration workshops as part of the project „Nastolatki z Polski dla rówieśników z Ukrainy”.
