We are pleased to announce that in February 2017 the NEUTRINO project was launched, which will model large data on sales and customer service employees. There is also one of the following projects in Poland on such enterprises as:
The aim of the project is to find a business model employer brand in this employment group and to identify factors that affect the acquisition and retention of employees with sales competences. Data from large organizations (with anonymity) will be modeled with the inclusion of machine learning (so-called artificial intelligence) and will allow to determine critical factors and business risks for Partners involved in the project.
Our goal is to respond to the business needs of partners by combining experience and knowledge with the competences of a team of outstanding analysts and statisticians. In the project team, we focused on the best available competences in Poland to find answers to bothering us about efficiency management and retention of employees in the sales segment. We hope that this cooperation between the four parties will help find answers on how to reduce rotation, and its results will translate into direct effects and strategies for the organization. – commented Dr. Barbara Zych, leader of the NEUTRINO project. |
The organizer of the project is the Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology. The substantive partner of the project is the Employer Branding Institute (www.ebinstitute.com), which is responsible for the theoretical model of the project. Data modeling, using non-statistical methods and machine learning, will be provided by a team of analysts from the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Science of the Warsaw University of Technology (http://www.mini.pw.edu.pl/tikiwiki/). The partners of the project are organizations employing employees from the telco industry, banking, contact center, retail and others with large customer service departments in Poland. The design includes brands such as Play or mBank. Each organization that joins the project will receive a strategy for activities for its brand, access to benchmarks of the entire segment and participation in substantive meetings of project partners.
Welcome! We invite companies that employ over 500 employees in the sales and customer service profile in Poland. Recruitment lasts until March 31, 2017. Contact to the project leader Dr. Barbara Zych, barbara.zych@biznes.edu.pl
