Sławomir Błaszczak is the founder and co-owner of the training and consulting company 4Results. He is responsible for team building and a culture of responsibility for clients. He is a trainer at the Academy of Leadership Psychology. Sławomir is the author of the books such as “Angażujący lider” and “DBAM. Czyli rebelia w korporacji“. He hosts the podcast “Kto tu rządzi? O kulturze odpowiedzialności“. Sławomir is an economist and a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics.
