Real Estate Investment Management

Real Estate Investment Management is an intensive and practical program offered by the Warsaw University of Technology Business School in collaboration with the Real Estate Committee of the Polish Chamber of Commerce. It is designed for those, who are interested in undertaking residential and commercial investments or aiming to manage properties. The program has been developed based on an analysis of the needs, expectations, and requirements of its future graduates and has been consulted with industry experts to address the diverse challenges faced by practitioners in the field of investment and real estate.

The primary goal of the program is to provide graduates with comprehensive knowledge and skills encompassing the entire lifecycle of a development project and real estate.

Graduates will acquire extensive knowledge and skills related to the entire lifecycle of a development project and real estate, from planning and investment implementation to property usage and disposal. They will understand the impact of real estate on the quality of the urban environment, the functioning and quality of life for residents and users, as well as its effects on the natural environment. Consequently, graduates will be aware of the impact of climate risk and regulatory issues in the area of ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance).

The Real Estate Investment Management is one-year, part-time postgraduate studies, carried out on the weekends and conducted in Polish.
