A corporate finance and strategy professional with investment banking background. Paassionate about start-ups and the way they change the worl. Member of the PFR Ventures as an Investment Manager in the PFR Starter Program, a PLN 782m programme addressed at venture capital funds looking to invest at the pre-revenue stage.
He has advised both international and Polish clients, with focus on financial institutions and TMT companies. Financial and transaction advisory experience gained from BZ WBK’s Corporate Finance department and EY’s Transaction advisory. Practical know-how of the capital markets, including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs/SPOs, valuation and due diligence projects.
Graduate of Warsaw School of Economics’ finance and banking faculty. All ACCA exams passed.
