She is a graduate of sociology and social policy, specializing in local development at the University of Warsaw. An expert, researcher and passionate about the implementation of research and research and development projects in the field of Smart City, new technologies, innovation and environmental education. Currently, she is an expert at the Educational Research Institute. Actively involved in international research and development projects implemented under the Horizon Europe Program and initiatives to support cross-sectoral cooperation, being the manager of the BIObec project. She was also an expert in the “Eucommeet” project (Horizon Europe 2021-2027) – “Support for the substantive implementation of civic debates on sustainable mobility, plastic pollution and sustainable consumption.”

He is currently completing research on various narratives about smart city policy, comparing the results of his own research on the approaches and strategies of Polish cities to the implementation of a smart city with the results of similar analyzes conducted in cities of various sizes around the world. The research results are being prepared for publication in specialist bulletins, including international ones. She is the author of books on business innovation and lifelong learning.
