Professional experience:She has been associated with the HR industry for nearly 20 years. She has experience in both consulting companies and business as an HR Business Partner. She recruited middle and senior managers for Polish and international companies. She ran outplacement programs, implemented projects in the field of competence assessment, career path planning, implementation of an assessment system and onboarding processes. She was also involved in the construction and implementation of the employer branding strategy.
She joined Career Angels in 2019. She supports managers and executives in the full range of career counseling. She also supports the “Challenge Accepted Europe” project. Currently, she is in the process of certification of the “Career View” tool by Decision Dynamics.
She is a graduate of psychology at UKSW. She completed two postgraduate studies: Human Resources Management at SWPS and Employer Branding at Kozminski University.
