Katarzyna Śliwa is the president of the consulting company and design studio Ergodesign. Previously, a project leader, strategist, lecturer, and advisor creating innovation and development strategies for clients’ organizations with 15 years of experience. She is a graduate of business studies in the field of innovation management and management systems design.
Her passion for combining design with business continues uninterruptedly. For over 10 years, she has been working as part of Ergodesign, where she created the strategic design audit department. For several years, she has been transforming Ergodesign into an open HUB that advises on how to enter the path of sustainable development and innovation, and designs and prototypes solutions for the future. Her main areas of interest are creative business consulting, innovation creation and management processes, and design for the circular economy.
