For 6 years Jarosław Mastalerz has been the Managing Partner supervising the activities of the VC mAccelerator fund. He gained experience in several management roles. Jarosław was responsible for the areas of finance, marketing, and IT in industries from the financial sector (retail banking, life, and property insurance). As the Vice President of mBank, he was responsible for retail sales of businesses in Poland, the Czech Republic, and Slovakia. From 2012 to 2018 he was responsible for the Operations and IT area, he also managed the areas of technology, security, and real estate. Jarosław was the founder and CEO of the first Polish digital insurer – BRE Ubezpieczenia.
