Reinventing the Core: How to Transform a Business Model While Preserving Its Strength
How can a company undergo a fundamental shift in its business model without dismantling what has built its value over the years?
If you want to explore real-life experiences of transforming a traditional business into a digital and subscription-based model from a leadership perspective—and learn more about balancing transformation with continuity: what to preserve, what to let go of, and what to rebuild from scratch, as well as how to guide organizations and teams through change in parallel—we invite you to join the SAAMBA event.
