The European Pharmaceutical Package is a comprehensive set of regulations and initiatives aimed at regulating the pharmaceutical sector in the European Union, adopted by the European Commission in April 2023. Its provisions cover many different issues – accessibility of medicines, quality and safety of pharmaceutical products, clinical trials, development of innovative medicinal products, and much more. The principles of the new regulations are explained by Prof. Dr. Marcin Czech, Head of Interdisciplinary Pharmacy Managers Studies at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School.
