Professional experience:

He is a business consultant and a strategic workshop moderator distinguished by his combination of business and human perspectives. He has a rich 25-year experience in strategic consulting, gained in advisory and managerial positions at international consulting firms such as AON, Hewitt, Gemini Consulting, and Bossard Consultants, as well as serving on the Supervisory Board of Silvermedia S.A., a subsidiary of Adamed, developing IT technologies including telemedicine.

He spent 15 years with Hewitt Associates, later Aon Hewitt, where in 2005 he took on the role of Managing Director and board member responsible for the development of the Polish market, successfully transforming the company, including a sevenfold increase in turnover and improving profitability, partly by introducing the “Best Employers” employee engagement survey to the Polish market. For 4 years, as a Partner at Aon Hewitt, he developed the European Talent Practice, leading advisory and analytical teams in the UK, Germany, and Central Eastern Europe.

He is a mentor for the MIT Enterprise Forum Poland program for startups in the “Health” track, focusing on formulating and implementing business development strategies and measuring their progress. He closely collaborates with the venture capital fund Alfabeat, mainly supporting the strategic analysis of projects of interest to the fund.

He is a co-founder of nuChapter, a company offering unique lifestyle research on the Polish market using advanced technology and algorithms to measure heart rhythms. The company’s mission is to inspire changes in habits to improve quality of life and work as well as personal effectiveness.
