He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, commercial contract negotiations and reorganisation processes (mergers, divisions, transformations). In addition, he advises clients on international acquisitions and divestments. He gained experience at leading international and Polish law firms in Warsaw. He also worked for a Swedish capital group as chief transactional lawyer in the European division covering more than 20 jurisdictions. He is the author of scientific publications in the fields of commercial and corporate law. He obtained his PhD (call and put options) at Jagiellonian University.
