
Economist and management and communication strategist. Expert at the Centrum im. Adama Smitha. Co-founder of the Human Answer Institute. She specializes in the analysis of market mechanisms, social behaviour, socio-economic development, and the healthcare system. When designing strategic solutions, she combines economic, social, and communication perspectives.
She is the author of numerous development, communication, product, and social initiative strategies. She has advised public institutions, including the Upper Silesian–Zagłębie Metropolis, the Warsaw Rising Museum, and the National Institute of Cultural Heritage . She has also developed strategies for leading brands such as Gatta, Paged, Agata, Ochnik, and Grena.
She gained managerial experience while being responsible, among other things, for the development and marketing of channels at CANAL+ Cyfrowy. Earlier in her career, she was associated with TVN . For many years she served as Strategy Director in agencies such as Martis and Grey Group, where she was responsible for strategic projects for key clients.
For many years she has collaborated with the healthcare sector, analysing the functioning of the system from various perspectives. She is a strategic advisor and mediator for the National Physicians’ Trade Union and the Residents’ Agreement of the National Physicians’ Trade Union. She has also cooperated with the National Trade Union of Nurses and Midwives, the National Trade Union of Medical Laboratory Professionals, the National Chamber of Physiotherapists, and the Supreme Medical Chamber . She is also a co-founder of the Polish Society of Physician Managers.
She is a member of the Council of the National Health Fund – NFZ and a member of the Presidium of the Experts’ Council at the Patient Ombudsman.
She is also a commentator on economic and social affairs, a columnist, and a lecturer.
