Doctor of economics in the field of management, she is a lecturer of Executive MBA, MBA and postgraduate programmes for HR workers. She conducts classes on the whole spectrum of issues related to human resources management: strategic approach to people management, competence management, employee assessment, recruitment and selection, Assessment and Development Center, development and training of employees, organization of the HR department, including the implementation of the HRBP role in the company. Dr Bugalska specializes in the diagnosis of competences (AC/DC, psychological tests, competence interviews) and talent management, competence management and the role of HRBP.
For 15 years she worked in managerial positions in the human resources management division in international corporations. For 7 years she was the director of the Advisory and Development Department for programmes for human capital management in consultancy and training companies at IBD Business School. For two years she has been running her own consulting activity in the area of human resources management.
Consultant, trainer, coach – for years she has been advising Polish and international corporations, public administration in matters related to people management, implementation of solutions in this area.
