Adam Targowski has almost 15 years of experience gained working in and for SMEs and multinational companies. He currently holds the position of Group Head of ESG at CTP, the largest listed warehousing developer and operator in continental Europe. Adam has a proven track record in implementing quality KPIs and managing improvement processes, as well as implementing strategies in the field of sustainability and ESG. He is also involved in developing and implementing programs and projects to improve company operations.Adam is a graduate of Warsaw University of Technology (Hons.) and Denmark Technical University. His education was supplemented with project management trainings, multiple international development programs, and an Executive MBA. Adam is actively involved in many organizations promoting sustainable development in the CEE region, including RICS, Urban Land Institute, and the Polish Green Building Council, where he serves as an Advisory Board Member.
