Recruitment has begun for the next edition of the Social Impact Lab project, starting in October 2024.
For several years, our Executive MBA program has included the Social Impact Lab project, led by Anna Radzikowska. In this project, our students work on solving problems presented by non-governmental organizations using the U Theory methodology by Otto Scharmer. This approach is a leading technique in social innovation based on systems thinking and empathy.
To date, the project has involved numerous organizations, including Polska Akcja Humanitarna, Polskie Forum Migracyjne, Feminoteka, Fundacja Rak’nRoll, Sieć Przedsiębiorczych Kobiet, and others.
