She handles the comprehensive management of the investment process and development projects. She specializes in construction law, environmental protection law, spatial planning and development, and administrative procedures. On a daily basis, she represents clients in numerous proceedings before public administration authorities and administrative courts of both instances. She has many years of experience in the comprehensive handling of complex investment processes, including conducting legal audits of real estate status. She regularly conducts training sessions within her area of expertise for participants in the investment process, particularly investors, designers, and construction managers, as well as public administration authorities. Her professional experience was gained over more than 6 years working in building supervision authorities, including as Deputy County Building Inspector for Wrocław. For over 14 years, she provided legal services at one of the leading law firms in the Polish market. In January 2023, she co-founded SWK Legal Sebzda-Załuska Wójcik Kamińska Radcowie Prawni sp.p., which, with a team of several experts, provides highly specialized legal services covering the comprehensive management of the investment process.
