Professional experience:She has been working in HR for nearly 20 years – first as a headhunter, and on the side of internal HR, where, as the HR Director, she created the human resources field from scratch and conducted training in, for example, recruitment, employee evaluation, and feedback conversations. Since 2011, she has been cooperating with Career Angels, where she supports managers and senior management in the field of career management and job search in Poland and Europe. In addition, since 2017 she has been a certified Decision Dynamics consultant in the “Career View” & “Culture View” tools. She is a graduate of Social Psychology at SWPS. She also completed post-graduate studies at Kozminski University in the fields of: Management of employees’ professional competences, Professional coaching, HR and payroll in law and practice. She conducts classes for students and graduates of the Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology.
