The IT Leader – Leadership in a World of Technological Change and AI program is designed for IT managers holding roles related to team leadership. The program is dedicated to professionals working in technology and IT project management across various industries. Its goal is to provide knowledge and practical skills in the application of technology, artificial intelligence, and modern tools that will support both you and your team in achieving high effectiveness at work.
Leadership competencies, modern technology, and AI are key skills for every leader—especially in the dynamic and challenging technology sector. Without effective collaboration, relationship-building, performance management, and the implementation of appropriate tools, efficient leadership is not possible.
We have created a program that teaches how to apply your skills in practice—in a world full of business challenges, ambitious strategies, and rapid change. The program is delivered by C-level IT executives as well as experienced consultants who have collaborated with the technology industry for many years.
During four intensive modules, participants will focus on building engagement within IT teams, leveraging modern, effective tools and technologies.
