Iwona Matuszczak-Szulc is the Director of the Department of City Development and International Cooperation of the Poznań City Hall. She cooperates with the academic community, foreign partners, domestic institutions, as well as non-governmental organizations. She coordinates work related to the rating of the city of Poznań by Moody’s and Fitch agencies and statistical analyzes of the city’s development. She is responsible for the process of updating and monitoring the Development Strategy of the City of Poznań. Iwona is the originator of the Urban Development Forum. Co-creator and former lecturer of the postgraduate course Leader of changes in city management at the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities in Poznań. In her private life, she is a lover of an active lifestyle and an ultra-marathoner.
