On 20 April we had a pleasure to host an inspirational lecture in English with Anna Radzikowska, Executive Coach, business trainer, mentor, social activist and investor, as well as the Head of First Manager Skills and MBA Personal Development Programme, will share with us her knowledge on Inclusiveness. Leaders need to know how to thrive in a complex and diverse reality. Inclusiveness has become an important facet of attracting and maintaining talent and leveraging the power of teamwork. During the webinar we talked about inclusiveness as one of the essential leadership competencies.
