Joanna Buczyńska is an HR expert and a certified ICF coach (1800h). She conducts individual and group sessions for business and individual clients. Joanna conducts workshops in the area of HR and personal development. She has been building HR and coaching experience for several years in international corporations (Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A., PLAY), managing, among others, recruitment, professional development, and commitment and employee projects. As HR Business Partner, Joanna supported, among other, management board members, relying on the methods of coaching work. She is a mentor in the Business in Women’s Hands program as part of the Entrepreneurial Women network. She graduated from the International School of Coaches the Art & Science of Coaching at Erickson College at the Jagiellonian University. She has a certificate of completion from the Trainers School and conducts soft skills workshops. Joanna also deals with facilitating meetings, and job crafting are one of her favorite tools for working on employee engagement. Joanna is in the process of certification as a systemic therapist at the Wrocław Institute of Psychotherapy.
