Joanna Buczyńska is an HR expert, ICF coach, and psychotherapist. She conducts classes and workshops in the field of HR and personal development. In her therapeutic work, she specializes in the topic of burnout. She built her HR and coaching experience over several years in international corporations (Raiffeisen Bank Polska S.A., PLAY), where she led projects related to recruitment, professional development, and employee engagement. As an HR Business Partner, she supported, among others, board members, utilizing coaching methods in her work.
While working at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (SWPS), she held an innovative role in the academic environment as an HR Academic Partner, collaborating with and supporting academic staff. She is also a mentor in the “Business in Women’s Hands” program, run by the Women Entrepreneurs Network Foundation.
She graduated from the international coaching school “The Art & Science of Coaching” at Erickson College, in collaboration with Jagiellonian University. She holds a certificate from the School of Trainers and conducts soft skills workshops. Joanna is also involved in facilitating meetings, and job crafting is one of her favorite tools for enhancing employee engagement. She is currently pursuing certification as a systemic psychotherapist at the Wrocław Institute of Psychotherapy.
