Together with his team at Westhill Consulting, he has been supporting teams of managers and sales representatives of large organizations for 15 years. He specializes in working with management boards to help define their strategy. Gamification evangelist, one of the most experienced experts in this field in Poland. With the Gamehill team, he implements modern gamified development platforms for the largest organizations such as Deloitte, PKN ORLEN, mBANk, and many others. Over the years, they have won numerous awards, including the HR Innovator twice and the Golden Award from the Learning Technology Awards in London, and the Outstanding Gamification Award in Amsterdam.
He has worked and lived in the USA, Belgium, and Great Britain. For 3 years he worked in London, incl. in a managerial position in an international IT company. He was also a member of the team coordinating the largest international recruitment project in Europe, featured by the Financial Times and Personnel Today. Certified trainer – educated at Richmond upon Thames College in London, completed a certified course in coaching skills accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management. Arkadiusz is an experienced Keynote speaker with experience with Toastmasters International, twice awarded the title of “Best Speaker” by the president of the Olympians Toastmaster Club in London. Additionally, he gives speeches at many conferences in Polish and English.
