The SAAMBA Association members’ meeting took place on Tuesday, June 24 at Browary Warszawskie, Grzybowska 56, in Warsaw. It brought together Students and Alumni of the Warsaw University of Technology Business School.
Our special guest was Adam Sikorski, PhD, President of the Management Board of UNIMOT S.A, renowned manager and motivational speaker.

“Leadership in Times of Energy Transformation — The Success Story of UNIMOT. How to Ensure Agility in Strategy and Expand a Polish Company into Foreign Markets? How to Adapt the Business Model to Changing Trends and Geopolitical Conditions?”
Dr. Adam Sikorski has been co-creating UNIMOT Group, one of the largest privately owned companies in the Polish energy market, since 1992. In 2012, he became Chairman of the Supervisory Board and main shareholder of PZL Sędziszów S.A., a leading domestic manufacturer of automotive filters, where he held the position of President of the Management Board from 2015 to 2018. Adam Sikorski has been President of the Management Board of UNIMOT S.A. since August 2018.
He is also a certified member of The John Maxwell Team — a team of licensed international trainers, educators, and motivational speakers. His passion lies in leadership and personal development.
Our meetings provide a great opportunity to connect with alumni and students of the Warsaw University of Technology Business School and to network with members of SAAMBA.
