On September 19, workshops on Personal Data Protection were held,
The aim of the workshop was to present the essential requirements in the current and upcoming regulations and to translate them into operational activities in the organization – in practical terms. Getting to know them will allow your organizations and Teams to better prepare for the upcoming changes and thus avoid the planned, severe sanctions for non-compliance with the provisions of the regulation (including fines up to EUR 20 million or 4% of global turnover for the previous year).
Moreover, the meeting brought us closer to the vision of the upcoming changes from three extremely important perspectives:
– legal requirements – regulatory aspect related to the protection of personal data,
– implementation of regulations in the current operational activities in the organization,
– corporate social responsibility – building relationships with customers and contractors based on building a code of good practice in this area.
