Doctor of Technical Sciences in the field of energy, graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, and the University of Warsaw. Active in the energy sector since 2006, and since 2017 in managerial positions. Currently Vice President of the Management Board of the Energy Market Agency S.A., previously associated, among others, with PKN Orlen and the Institute of Environmental Protection.
He specializes in energy systems modeling, energy statistics, optimization of the energy mix, forecasting of energy demand and prices, emissions, and technology development (including renewables). Author and co-author of numerous publications on energy policy, energy security, and the functioning of the energy market.
