Professional experience:
Sandra Bichl has been working for 20 years, starting her career in Executive Search at CEE, then she moved to sales and marketing in Latin America and Belgium. In 2010, Sandra founded the Career Angels company, which provides career consulting services aimed at experienced managers and executives throughout Europe, and supports and trains management and HR departments in career path management, employer branding, and recruitment improvement. Additional roles: coach/mentor/trainer and sparring partner for the management team. Since 2014, she regularly lectures as a guest lecturer and speaker at renowned business schools, incl. in Brussels, Warsaw, Milan, Vienna, Mannheim, and Zurich – for students and graduates of G/E/MBA studies.
